Our office is organized to provide you not only the highest level of orthodontic treatment, but also the best possible service. This service begins with Carol, our Office Manager and Treatment Coordinator. She will be your guide to starting orthodontic treatment and your journey to a healthier smile. If you have any questions about starting treatment, please contact Carol. She will answer all of your questions as well as schedule your initial appointments.
We understand the importance of school and work to our patients and will try to best accommodate your schedule whenever it is possible. Our Orthodontic Assistants are Emily and Kathryn. They both have extensive training and experience in all phases of orthodontic treatment, and will gladly answer any questions that you may have about your treatment. We know you will find them to be extremely friendly and helpful.
Carol is our Financial Coordinator and can assist you with all financial arrangements. She will answer any questions that you may have about payment plans and insurance coverage as well submitting the necessary paperwork to your insurance company.
